Apex was engaged by Charm Building & Construction to reconstruct Loading Dock 1 at Chadstone Shopping Centre. Works included excavation to 2.6 m, protection of the existing high-voltage mains with a reinforced concrete bridge, subgrade rectification and construction of a new heavy-duty hardstand pavement to design levels.
