Apex Civil Construction were engaged by May Constructions to perform a series of upgrades to the Guide Dogs Victoria head office. This was a sensitive project and had to be executed with utmost care, due to the Guide Dogs facility being a live site and also in close proximity to buildings with large steel structures and retaining walls. The project consisted of earthworks, pavements, large scale retaining walls and off-form stair and ramp.
